RECIPE FOR HEALING

*Space to heal required to effectively do so
Ingredients (modify as needed)
1 cup of tea daily (2 cups of chaa if you are Punjabi).
5+ minutes of stretching upon waking up, release last night as much as you can, it’s gone.
A hobby you have no intention of monetizing or rationalising as “productive.”
2-3 songs that make you wanna dance (play them, then dance).
> 5 friends who look nothing like you.
Must be capable of holding you close and accountable.
7 - 8 hours of sleep nightly (seriously).
8 glasses of water daily (seriously!!).
> 1 houseplant (may increase over time).
~ 10 seconds of eye contact with yourself on a reflective surface of your choice (hold until you see the younger, child version of you smiling back at you).
